Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent communication and multitasking skills, as well as being detail-oriented and proactive.

Key Responsibilities

1. Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
2. Managing and organizing incoming and outgoing mail, including email correspondence
3. Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are prepared
4. Assisting with the creation, editing, and formatting of documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
5. Maintaining and updating records and databases as needed
6. Providing general administrative support, such as ordering office supplies, arranging travel arrangements, and filing documents.
Additional information
- This is a full-time position.
- The successful candidate will report directly to the Office Manager.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping practices is a plus but not required.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required.
- Candidates with experience in a fast-paced office environment will be given preference.

Skills & Experience

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum of 2 years experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Strong organizational and time management abilities
6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
